Job Title : IT Customer Support Interns X3
Qualifications : Recent graduate in Business Computing
Responsible: for support and maintenance services for software services for end users
Key Responsibilities
- Installing and configuring software as a services
- Monitoring and maintaining SaaS
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support to end users (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Training end user Administrators
